il viaggio inizia alle 7 della mattina con 2 ore di motoscafo per arrivare a corozal al confine col messico, dopo di che 20 min in bus, traversata della frontiera a piedi e nuovo bus verso chetumal sulla parte messicana del confine per poi trovare un bus per Tulum che dopo 4 ore ci porta alla spiaggia caraibica.
